We're an independent family run label based in Bristol. The label started through a lifelong passion for music. Neil began to get more and more involved with the behind-the-scenes running of bands, and less so in front of the microphone. This brought about some research into how this “idea” could be turned into a reality, and NP RECORDS was born. The label hopes to involve up-and-coming artists. With the help of organisations such as AIM (Association of Independent Music) we hope to grow as a label and promote exciting new prospects.

We're on the look out to sign, promote and sell music with artists in the southern half of the UK. NP RECORDS aims to be involved with the artists as much as possible and not just be there to promote their music. With a background in management as well as performing over the last 30 years, Neil has a great deal of experience in this field. With the enthusiasm of the other people around him we are sure this label will be a success over the coming years.

We have been working with a band called “The Goodness”. They are planning to self-release an EP. Check out their MySpace (The Goodness) for tracks off their EP.

We have been talking to a young singer from Wolverhampton called Emily-Grace. We have done some recording with her and hope for big things. Listen to her on MySpace at (Emily-Grace).

London-based singer Rae Evans performs with other musicians under the name Coraline. With our help she will be going into the studio shortly to record some material for release in the summer. Hear her at (Coraline).
